5. Subscriptions and Billing

• You will never be charged automatically for a renewal
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

7. User-Generated Content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

All characters on this Service are entirely fictional AI personas. They are not real beings. Interactions with these characters are simulated fantasy experiences and should not be considered real relationships. The adult content is purely fictional and for entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET WAIFU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
